PROJECT MANAGEMENT MONITORING – PMM
To bring practical dimension in operation regarding their skill development process, learners are exposed to different professional softwares to highlight the value they can provide (short videos discussing how the market address such need). It does include a best practices reference in this particular field.
The learners will also be able to understand the main reasons to monitor project execution and they will increase their knowledge about Earned Value (and Schedule) Management System techniques from their basic concepts, either in written text of through video media contents.
The third component of the module addresses the need of presenting regular project status reports, where major aspects are discussed through three different videos.
Each component of the module was equipped with short quizzes (not more than three random questions about the topic, looking to increase the self-assessment capabilities of the learner.
Finally but yet importantly, an assessment area, asking the learner to pass a test lasting 30 mins and to do a practical assignment to analyze the provided use case data and try to establish early advise for the Estimation At Complision in a confident way. Indeed, they are asked to provide some rules about SPI and CPI ratio usability, in order to increase their creativity.
